Are the treats suitable for all dogs and cats?

YES! All our products are suitable for dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds. We have treats for pets with sensitivities or allergies (gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.).

Each treat has a detailed product sheet with its composition.

. Can I order a personalized birthday cake for my dog?

Personalization can be done on the color of the icing, the first name of your dog or
write on the packaging but also on the bone-shaped cake. For more customization, you can contact us via the contact form.

How far in advance should I order a birthday cake?

We recommend ordering 10 days in advance to guarantee availability.

All birthday cakes are sent by Colissimo or Chronopost.

Colissimo : Allow 48 hours (shipping before 4 p.m.).
Chronopost : For a last-minute order (receipt within 24 hours), make sure we can produce it in record time by contacting us via the contact form.

Do you deliver throughout France and Europe?

Yes! We deliver throughout France (including Corsica) but also in Europe (except
Switzerland and the United Kingdom).

. What are your delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery method:

- Mondial Relay: approximately 5 working days,
- Colissimo without signature in your mailbox: 48 hours (excluding Sundays),
- Chronopost: 24 hours (excluding Sundays)

Orders are generally processed within one week, we do our best to process them as quickly as possible.

Do the products require special storage?

Dry treats should be stored at room temperature, away from light and humidity (in a dry place such as cupboards).

Birthday cakes are travel cakes that can be kept for 7 days from the date of manufacture. For better preservation, you can place them in the refrigerator.
